Serves as a Writer/ Instructor for Signal Training Operation Development Training Education Developer (STOD TED) analyzes, develops, implements, and evaluates training products for institutional and organizational environments continually updates lesson plans, equipment, facilities, and publications in the Training Development Capability (TDC) assists with Course Administrative Data (CAD) and Training Requirements (TRAS) documents conducts classroom observations and course validations plans and coordinates Critical Task Site Selection Board (CTSSB) recommends changes to the Army Correspondence Course Program (ACCP) and Field Manuals (FM) revises Programs of Instruction (POI) for MOS. Serves as an Instructor/Writer in the Systems Training Integration Division (STID) manages training development, testing, and implementation of training products for new equipment systems, non-systems and training devices interfaces with the material developers, contractors and test agencies throughout the acquisition life cycle performs training analysis, Validation and Verification (VAL/VER) of current and new engineer equipment serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the user at Soldier Touch Points (STP), responsible for development and execution of Doctrine & Tactics Training (DTT), Interactive Multimedia Instructor (IMI), Virtual Clearance Training Simulator (VCTS) as an user training representative for Combat and Munitions systems for the Engineer Regiment. ![]() Prepares, plans and controls MOS courses of instruction coordinates with Course Manager/ Director of Instruction and Battalion Institutional Training Staff to establish course and class records provides timely and accurate submission of attendance documentation, academic deficiency notice and course correspondence provides a complete training schedule 90 days prior to start of class maintains complete and accurate class records prepares for accreditation and certifies junior instructors. ![]()
